Welcome to Birth & Beyond antenatal classes!
We are so glad you are here! This class is designed to help prepare you for your birth at Kanad Hospital and beyond. You will learn about what to expect in labour and birth, how to manage pain, and how to care for your baby.
The videos are divided into sections and we suggest you watch them in the order they are listed for the best experience.
We understand that after watching the videos you may have questions or need some things explained in more depth.
Once you finish the videos, you can book an appointment with our Birth & Beyond educator for a question and answer session in person or online.
Once you book the appointment you will be contacted. Appointments will be offered every Wednesday.
